Architecture

The architecture behind every Jinova agent.

A governed layer between business systems and approved AI models, designed for controlled context retrieval, workflow execution, approved actions, auditability and human review.

Connectors

Governed connectors to your approved systems.

Jinova connects to approved systems through controlled connectors — each with explicit auth and scope, read-only by default, and credentials isolated from the model. New systems are added through scoped, governed implementations.

How it works

A controlled path from business systems to reviewed outputs and approved actions.

The same layer supports investigation, decision preparation, coordination and follow-up — Jinova is not limited to read-only investigation, but action always sits behind approval.

01

What Jinova connects to

Jinova connects to approved business systems — support, CRM, engineering, docs, metrics and internal tools — through controlled connectors. Nothing is connected unless it is explicitly approved for a workflow.

02

How access is controlled

Role-based access control, policy rules, data minimisation, and read-only defaults determine which users and workflows can retrieve which data. Least-privilege is the starting point, not an afterthought.

03

How workflows run

Workflow templates orchestrate evidence gathering across approved systems, assemble the context the task needs, and pause at approval checkpoints before any output leaves the layer. The same engine supports investigation, decision preparation, coordination and follow-up.

04

How approved actions are handled

Where an agent is permitted to act — updating a record, raising an issue, sending an update — the action is prepared as a draft against a defined, approved scope. A human approves it before it executes, and the approval is recorded alongside the action.

05

How AI models are used

Each workflow is routed through the models your organisation approves, with prompt controls, guardrails and logging applied per call. Model access is isolated from business system credentials, which are held by the integration layer and never handed to the model.

06

How outputs are reviewed

A workflow produces a summary, an evidence trail, recommended actions and any drafted output — presented for human review. Nothing is sent or actioned without approval.

07

How activity is logged

Workflow activity, retrieved context, model calls, generated outputs, actions and approvals can be logged for review, giving security and operations teams a clear, auditable trail.

08

Deployment options

Jinova supports demo, pilot, customer-controlled, self-hosted, and managed deployment patterns depending on enterprise security requirements.

Deployment options

Deploy the way your security model requires.

From synthetic demo to fully self-hosted, Jinova adapts to enterprise infrastructure and governance boundaries.

Demo environment

Synthetic demo data for early exploration.

Pilot environment

Limited workflow, limited systems, read-only by default.

Customer-controlled environment

Customer-approved infrastructure, connectors, credentials, and policies.

Self-hosted option

Enterprise-controlled deployment for stricter security requirements.

Managed option

Jinova-supported deployment with defined governance and operational boundaries.

Show us one workflow that costs your team hours.

We'll map the systems involved, the approval points and the effort it takes today — then show you what a secure AI agent would do differently.

Read-only first. Evidence-based outputs. Human approval before action.
