Upscale images without the guesswork.
Enlarge images at 2x or 4x, faithfully or with AI reconstruction. See the price before you run, and nothing is charged unless you approve it.
Up to 50 images at a time, and each one succeeds or fails on its own.
- Two methods
- 2x and 4x
- Up to 50 per batch

Drag the handle to compare the original with Jinova's result. Full image shows light web previews. Detail loads the exact benchmark files and shows the centre of the image at the output's own pixel size, which is where upscaling is actually judged.

Enhance can reconstruct a heavily compressed or low-resolution source into a more usable image. It may infer plausible detail rather than recover information that no longer exists.
Real Jinova benchmark output. No manual retouching. Original: Antonio Rotta, portrait of Lattanzio Querena, 1850. Public domain.
Two different jobs, not two settings.
Preserve keeps the original faithful. Enhance rebuilds detail a poor source no longer has. They run separately, with separate limits, and you choose before you are priced.
Preserve
Keep it faithful.
Keeps what is in your image and does not invent detail.
Choose Preserve when the original is already usable and you do not want Jinova inventing missing detail. It enlarges what is there, predictably, with no generative step. Best for product images, screenshots, logos, text and photographs that are already good.
- Source sizeUp to 12.5 megapixels
- Sizes2x and 4x
- You receivePNG, JPEG or WebP
The default. It does not restore detail that is missing from the source.
Enhance
Rebuild poor detail.
May infer plausible detail that is not in your original.
Choose Enhance when the source is low-resolution, heavily compressed or soft and you accept AI reconstruction. It can turn a damaged image into a more usable one, but the detail it adds is inferred, not recovered.
- Source sizeUp to 1.8 megapixels
- Sizes2x and 4x
- You receivePNG
Accepts smaller sources than Preserve, and returns PNG only.
Preserve is selected unless you change it, so you cannot end up with reconstructed detail you did not ask for.
Not sure?
- Logo, UI, product image or an already good photo
- Preserve
- Compressed, tiny, soft or degraded image
- Enhance
A starting point, not a rule. If an image has to stay exactly true to its source, Preserve is the safer choice.
See the price before you run.
Jinova prices the job first, shows you the most it can cost for the images you added, and waits for your approval before anything runs.
- 01
You approve the amount
Nothing is charged unless you approve it and the job goes ahead.
- 02
Priced in the console
Current prices and payment terms are shown in the Jinova console before you approve anything.
- 03
Your approval sets the limit
You are never charged more than the amount you approve.
- 04
Change something, re-price
Adding an image or changing a size clears the total rather than leaving a stale number on screen looking payable.
The terms for Jinova Compute purchases are published in the Jinova console.
One bad image does not ruin the batch.
Add up to 50 images. They are priced together and processed individually, so a single problem file never takes the rest down with it.
Per image, not per batch
Each image succeeds or fails on its own. There is no state in which the whole batch is simply marked failed.
Failures explain themselves
A failed image says what happened in plain language and what to do about it, rather than showing you an error code.
Retry just that one
Try a failed image again without re-running the images that already worked.
Close the tab safely
A batch is recoverable from its id. Refresh, close the tab, or come back tomorrow and your images are still there.
Source changed
The source file changed after pricing. Upload it again to continue.
Took too long
This image took too long and was stopped. You can try it again.
The other images in the batch carry on regardless, and you can retry a failed one on its own.
One method per batch
A batch runs Preserve or Enhance, chosen before it is priced. A single total cannot honestly describe a mixed batch, so the choice is made once.
File type per image
The output file type is set per image, with an apply-to-all control when you want one. A set of fifty is rarely one kind of image.
What goes in, what comes out.
Two sizes and the formats people actually have. Everything here is enforced by the service, so nothing is a surprise at upload time. The source limit depends on which method you choose.

The practical questions.
Your images stay yours
You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything Jinova produces for you. We process your files to deliver your result and for nothing else.
An account is required
Uploading and processing happen inside a signed-in account, so your images and results are not sitting behind a public link.
Help if something goes wrong
If a job or a charge does not look right, contact us and we will look into it.
How we handle your data
What we collect, how long we keep it and who processes it is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Full detail is in our Privacy Policy and in the Jinova Compute terms shown in the console.
