1.About Jinova

Jinova AI Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17387234. Its registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. That address is a correspondence address, not a visitor location.

In these terms, "Jinova", "we", "us" and "our" mean Jinova AI Ltd. "You" means the person or organisation using this website.

Jinova Compute is a product of Jinova AI Ltd, provided through the Jinova console under its own terms. Jinova AI also provides consulting and delivery services for secure AI agents and business workflows. Those services are engaged separately, and where a separately agreed contract, statement of work or data processing agreement covers them, that agreement governs them rather than these terms.

2.Accepting these terms

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Browsing this website does not create a paid contract or an obligation to buy anything. Paid services are provided under their own terms: Jinova Compute under the documents presented in the Jinova console, and consulting and delivery services under a separately agreed contract.

If you are using this website for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on that organisation's behalf, and references to "you" include that organisation.

3.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a contract with us.

4.Jinova Compute

Jinova Compute is provided through the Jinova console at app.jinovaai.com. Your use of Jinova Compute, including creating an account, adding money to your balance, approving a price and running a job, is governed by the documents presented to you in the console, and not by these website terms.

Those documents start with the console's Terms of Service at app.jinovaai.com/terms, which include its acceptable use, refund and data processing terms. The console's Privacy Notice, at app.jinovaai.com/privacy, explains how personal data is handled when you use it.

Descriptions of Jinova Compute on this website, including on the Compute page, are a summary. Where they differ from the documents presented in the console, the console documents apply.

5.Acceptable use

You must not use this website to:

• break the law, or help anyone else to do so
• infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights
• access any system, network or account without authorisation
• develop, store or distribute malware, or execute it against systems you do not have permission to test
• carry out credential theft, phishing or other deceptive activity
• carry out denial-of-service attacks, or generate load intended to disrupt a third party
• scan, probe or attack third-party systems without their authorisation
• circumvent this website's security or access controls
• attempt to access other people's accounts, content or data
• facilitate fraud
• submit content through this website that you do not have the right to submit

More generally, you must not use this website in a way that creates an unreasonable security, legal or operational risk for us, for other users, or for the systems the website depends on.

Some of the activities listed above are unlawful. Others may not be unlawful everywhere but are not permitted on Jinova. Either way, they are a breach of these terms.

Use of Jinova Compute is subject to the acceptable use policy presented in the Jinova console.

6.Suspension and restriction

We may suspend or restrict access to this website, or to any part of it, where it is reasonably necessary to deal with:

• a security risk or suspected compromise
• abuse of the website or a breach of the acceptable use section
• a serious or repeated breach of these terms
• a legal or regulatory requirement
• protection of Jinova, the website's users, or the systems the website runs on

We will keep any suspension no wider and no longer than is reasonably necessary. Where it is practical and appropriate to do so, we will tell you what has happened and what is needed to resolve it. We may not be able to give advance notice where doing so would increase a security or legal risk.

Where a suspension turns out to have been unnecessary, we will restore access.

7.Intellectual property

We own, or are licensed to use, this website, the Jinova services, our software, interfaces, documentation, branding and the underlying platform technology. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that to you. You get the right to use this website in line with these terms, and nothing more.

Third-party names, images, libraries and other material on this website remain owned by their respective owners and are subject to their own licence terms.

Please do not use our name, logo or branding in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership without our permission.

8.Feedback

If you choose to send us feedback, suggestions or ideas about Jinova, we may use them to improve Jinova without any obligation or payment to you. This applies only to the feedback you volunteer. It does not give us any rights over other material you send us.

9.Availability and changes to the website

We may add, change or remove parts of this website at any time.

We do not promise that the website will be uninterrupted, always available, or free of errors. Maintenance, incidents and third-party outages happen.

Nothing in this section removes an obligation we have to you under consumer law or under a separately agreed contract.

10.Beta and experimental features

We may label some functionality as beta, preview or experimental. Anything labelled that way may change, may be less reliable than the rest of the website, and may be withdrawn. Please take that into account before relying on it for anything important. Features that are not labelled in this way are not beta.

11.Privacy

If you use Jinova Compute, the console's Privacy Notice and Data Processing Terms explain how personal data is handled there.

Where we process personal data on behalf of an organisation as part of a separately agreed service, additional contractual or data processing terms may apply, and those terms govern that processing.

12.Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. In particular, we do not exclude or limit liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms, and we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

If you are using this website for business purposes, then to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, or for indirect or consequential loss.

Liability for Jinova Compute is set out in the documents presented in the Jinova console. Where we have a separately agreed contract with you, any liability caps and allocations in that contract apply to the services it covers, in place of this section.

13.Consumer rights

This website may be used by organisations and by individuals. If you are an individual acting wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession, you are a consumer, and nothing in these terms affects the rights the law gives you.

That includes your rights in relation to digital content and services being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and any cancellation rights that apply to anything you buy from us. We do not attempt to waive those rights through these terms, and where anything here conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, that right prevails.

14.Ending your use of this website

You can stop using this website at any time.

We may end or suspend your access to this website if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, or where there is a legitimate operational, security or legal reason to do so. Where it is practical, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right.

15.Governing law and where disputes are dealt with

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a business user, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the law of the country where you live, and you may be able to bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Nothing here removes that.

16.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Jinova develops or where the law requires. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.

Continuing to use this website after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. Changes to the documents that govern Jinova Compute are made in the Jinova console, as those documents explain.
